WHAT DO WE DO?
MATS
Polyfibre is a matting material manufactured with a polypropylene carpet type walk-off surface bonded to a recycled rubber base. The mats can be supplied with logos according to customer requirements.
UMBRELLA BASES
Our umbrella bases do not break or crack like the concrete bases. They can be stacked on top of each other for easy storage or transportation.
PLANTERS
Planters are manufactured to be semi-rigid, giving them a high resistance to impact damage, cracking and splitting. They are weatherproof and require no special installation procedures.
PARAPET COPINGS
Ease of installation no scaffolding required, lightweight versus concrete, more robust than concrete.
Takes up a fraction of site space required for storage. Our parapet copings have waterproofing qualities.
WHY RECYCLED RUBBER?
A rubber tyre is one of the strongest compounds made by man and largely resistant to environmental and physical degradation.
Products manufactured from recycled rubber can be a suitable replacement for virgin plastic and wood, creating a sustainable circular economy.
The rubber is moulded under high pressure and heat to form a pallet which can be painted any colour or sealed with an anti-microbial coating.

REFINE
Refine bulk waste recycled tyres into rubber crumb aggregates.
MOULDING & PRESSING
The rubber aggregate is blended with a Polymeric compound and cured in a mould.
FINAL PRODUCT
A wide range of recycled based products are produced.
